About Vintage
Please remember that all of our items are vintage, meaning that they are all pre-loved pieces and may show minimal wear from age. Every piece from the Library collection has been professionally cleaned and cared for. We rarely sell any piece in less than Excellent Condition. Each item description specifically states the garments condition and any imperfections that remain.
Returns & Shipping
Library gladly accepts returns within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be in the original condition they were sent and tags must be intact.
Buyer must notify Library via email, returns@libraryfashion.com, regarding the return within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
If buyer is receiving store credit, a copy will be sent to them through the mail and Library will also keep a copy on file.
When returning an item for exchange, an additional shipping charge will be applied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All Domestic orders are shipped using UPS Ground, usually within 24 hours of the placed order. International Orders are shipped using FedEx.
Sizing
Vintage sizing is not the same as contemporary sizing. To make shopping the Library collection easier for you, we have measured each item as accurately as possible while the garment is laying flat. If the garment has a size on the tag, it will be listed in the description and we will also suggest the modern size in reference to the measurements we have taken. The best way to see if an item will fit is to compare its measurements with similar items you have in your closet. If you have any questions before purchase, please call or email us!
Measuring
Bust - Underarm to underarm
Length - Shoulder seam to bottom hem
Hip - Across largest part of the hip
Inseam (Pants) - Crotch along the inside seam to the bottom hem
Shoulders - Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Sleeve - Shoulder seam to wrist seam
Waist - Measured across the smallest part of the waist
*Bust, Hip & Waist Measurements should be doubled.
Shoe Measuring
Length - Measured heel to toe along the sole of the shoe.
Width - Measured at the ball of the foot.
Heel Height - Measured from the bottom to the top of the heel.
